Yes, following a technical review. We check the theme, plugins, integrations, licences and access, then explain any repairs or compatibility issues that need attention. You’ll know the initial work and cost before we recommend a move or start an ongoing support plan.
We prepare and test the site in the new hosting environment before switching. Key checks include pages, forms, tracking and any checkout. We agree the timing and any expected interruption with you, then check the live site after the move. Any necessary URL redirects are planned in advance.
Contact Blink using the support route agreed for your website. Your plan confirms our support hours, response targets and how urgent issues are handled. We coordinate with the hosting provider where needed and explain any out-of-hours arrangements before your plan starts.
Yes. Your website and data remain yours. If you choose to move, we agree a handover covering site files, data and the access your new provider needs. We flag any third-party licences that need transferring or replacing and explain any additional handover costs in advance.
Shopify stores include their own hosting, but we can help with themes, apps and ongoing development. Bespoke platforms need a separate review of their infrastructure and integrations. We’ll recommend an appropriate setup and define the support scope before work begins.
